risen high | FEBRUARY 12 (should have done a moment) in JAPAN

Due to this unfortunate worldwide Corona Crisis, all radio promotion concerning FEBRUARY 12 has had to be cancelled.  However, some of the chapters were already planned in, and could not be retracted from certain (social) media and/or launch material is still going out there. However, we choose NOT to make a huge deal about it. In any case, the final remix-release, is the Japanese one: FEBRUARY 12 -- Risen High Mix is out there somewhere now... Give it a swirl, add it to your weekend playlists, like it, love it, dance to it... We thank you for that effort... Also, I would like to take this opportunity to thank every radio-station around the globe, who, even during these dire times, gave FEBRUARY 12 (in it's original single version) the opportunity to shine, and made it an official hit in France and Russia. Thank you all so much, from the bottom of my heart... -X- Jean  February 12 (Risen High Mix | Japanese Vinyl Edition) by Jean Koning

confuse your idols | The FEBRUARY 12 Mixes

If you're looking for a male vocalist to pop in your player to augment your Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes, and Justin Bieber collection, then you shouldn't even consider entering "jean" into a search. If you like Jean because you heard a house mix of one of his songs in a club, then you should also skip over this. However, if you'd like to consider listening to something else besides Thirty Seconds To Mars, Lydia Lunch or Portishead, then this release is for you. This is Jean's best work since his "theLOTUStape" (and unfortunately he hasn't duplicated this effort since its release).  Jean excels because he more readily captures raw emotion than someone like Hozier or James Bay. The remixes here do run the range of trip hop to experimental.
